Our commitment to the safety of our guests has been further strengthened by the ever-changing circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Join us in our aim of working together towards a safe and renewed tourism industry. To ensure a continued dedication to the well-being of our guests and staff; a few measurements have been implemented:
CHECK-INS AND CHECK-OUTS:
Physical distancing must be maintained during check-ins and check-outs. Virtual check-ins are available on request and check-outs are contactless, which will be explained during check-ins. Masks are to be worn during interactions with any staff or other guests and when in public spaces.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Be wise and sanitise with the sanitisers available in all cottages. All cottages are throughly cleaned before check-in and after check-out to ensure a clean and safe stay. The keys are sanitised before given to all guests.
